By purchasing a Voucher, the Purchaser agrees to these Terms and Conditions of Use.

The Purchaser who purchases a Coupon and subsequently transfers that Coupon to another person undertakes to inform that other person (the future Coupon holder) of the following terms and conditions of the Coupon distribution.

Coupon is a special form which confirms the fact of prepayment and entitles the holder of the Coupon to purchase goods or services sold in the network of "Šypsenos akademija" dental clinics.

The Coupon shall contain and/or record the following information: the Coupon registration number, the Coupon value (denomination), and other information necessary to properly inform the Buyer and to perform the functions of the Coupon. The Coupon validity start date shall coincide with the Coupon sales date.

The card is available at the dental clinics "Šypsenos akademija".

A newly purchased Coupon is valid for 12 (twelve) months.

Vouchers are sold/issued in the following standard denominations: €50 / €100 / €200.

No VAT invoice will be issued upon purchase of the Voucher(s). At the request of the Purchaser, a Gift Voucher Acceptance Certificate shall be issued.

If the price of the good(s) or service(s) paid for with the Coupon is higher than the face value of the Coupon, the buyer may pay the missing amount in addition.

If the price of the item(s) or service(s) paid for with the Voucher is less than the face value of the Card, the difference will not be refunded.

The voucher can also be used to pay for promotional service offers.

Once the Vouchers have been redeemed, the Voucher is forfeited and non-refundable.

If the Voucher is damaged beyond identification, it will not be replaced or refunded.

From the moment the Coupon is purchased, the Coupon Holder is personally responsible for the security of the Coupon. The Coupon Holder shall ensure that the identification data of the Coupon (Coupon numbers, graphic codes, PINs, etc.) shall not be made known to third parties (who, by using the identification numbers of another's Coupon, could counterfeit the Coupon, exploit the Coupon, and/or otherwise damage the interests of the Coupon Holder). If the Coupon Holder becomes aware that the identification details of his/her Coupon may be known to third parties, the Coupon Holder must immediately use these Coupons to settle the claim or contact the law enforcement authorities. From the date of sale/presentation of the Coupon to the Coupon Holder (Buyer), Šypsenos akademija UAB is no longer responsible for the security of the Coupon.

If the Coupon Holder has violated these Rules and/or the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and/or engaged in any activity that may be deemed to be intentionally detrimental to the Sellers of the Coupon, other Coupon Holders, the Coupon Holder's Coupon will be cancelled and the money will be forfeited, and that person and their actions will be reported to law enforcement authorities.
